Hello, and welcome back to Hi Arbor. The newsletter will be short today because I have a lot going on and haven't had time to locate recipes I feel comfortable printing here, but the web sites below have a lot to offer. I recently saw Silver Queen corn mentioned and Silver Queen always makes me think of my former father-in-law, who grew it in his garden. Corn is featured here with one link to information about Silver Queen corn. And if you would rather get in a pickle pickling pickles, then there is an address below for you. Next there is a web address that appears to be only about coffee, but I was given some of that company's tea and really like it.

LOOSE LEAF TEAS:
Someone made a gift to me of two containers of loose leaf tea. They are very good and I would like to pass along a little information about them. A quote from one of the cans:

          "The Coffee Bean & Tea Leafs offers the most extraordinary
     collection of unique, hand plucked, premium whole leaf tea
     harvested from the world's most exclusive tea growing regions."

I was given Pomegranate Blueberry tea, which is a "flavored tea" that has Oolong and Ceylon teas among the ingredients.

The Lemon Chamomile is a "herbal infusion" tea

The tea bags sent with the tea are easy to fill and use but the writing on the package is entirely in Chinese so I am not able to provide contact information. However, they should be offered at the web site. I found teas listed under 'buy online".

HI ARBOR COOKBOOK

"Take This Veggie And Stuff It" has recipes for stuffing 21
vegetables from artichokes to zucchini, and if you don't know how
to stuff an artichoke, the book explains. There are 87 recipes,
some of which have seafood but most are vegetarian.
Substitutions, measurements and equivalents are listed. Herbs
and seasonings are defined and there is a glossary of cooking
terms in addition to a list of how much of a fresh spice is needed
versus the same spice in a dry form.
